What you buy

A digital album: the audio files, cover art and liner notes, for personal listening. You download it in the (w)rec(k)ord Player app by signing in with the email you bought it with. You can download it again on new devices at no cost.

Price and payment

Prices include VAT. You pay by card through Stripe or with Vipps. The payment is taken when you complete the order.

Delivery

The album is available in the app as soon as the payment is confirmed, and a receipt is sent to your email.

Right of withdrawal

Digital content delivered at once has no right of withdrawal once delivery has started, provided you agreed to this before buying (angrerettloven § 22 n). You give that consent with the checkbox at checkout, and the receipt confirms it.

Faults

If a file is damaged, missing or does not play, write to us and we will fix it or refund you. Your rights under the Norwegian consumer purchase act apply.
