I bought an album. How do I get it?
Install (w)rec(k)ord Player, open Library and tap sync. Sign in with the email you used when buying. A six-digit code arrives by email. Enter it, and your albums appear in the library, ready to download.
The code did not arrive
Check your spam folder, and that the address is spelled the same way as when you bought. Codes expire after 15 minutes. Request a new one if it has.
The album is not in my library
Make sure you signed in with the address on your receipt. If it still does not show, write to us with the receipt and we will sort it out.
New phone
Sign in with the same email on the new phone. Everything you bought downloads again at no cost.
A download stopped halfway
Tap the album again. The download continues where it stopped.
